150 Years – the Coolsingel

For Museum Rotterdam Maarten Warmerdam and Floriaan Ganzevoort (Theatermachine) created light design for the exhibition 150 Years – the Coolsingel.
Reason for the exhibition is the refurbishment of the Coolsingel. It will be changed in the next 3 years and will become a modern city boulevard with lots of greenery.
The exhibition takes visitors along a historical timeline, a cinematic experience and a thematic floor with museum pieces.
